- 1+ years Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers
- Good problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday HCM solutions
- Solve Workday HCM issues as they arise
- Participate in internal training updates and share skills
- Assist with internal initiatives to improve the department or company
- Manage a team of consultants (Manager Level)
- Develop sales material and scope projects (Senior/Principal Level)
