- Workday Payroll Certification
- 1+ years Workday Payroll post-production support experience with a Workday partner
- Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, and pay groups
- Knowledge of general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, and approval processes
- Understanding of Workday security rules
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Payroll solutions
- Solve Workday Payroll issues as they arise
- Participate in internal training updates and share skills
- Assist with internal initiatives to improve team/company
- Manage team of consultants and handle escalations (Manager Level)
- Develop sales material and scope projects (Senior/Principal Level)
