Requirements
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification
- 1+ years Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes
- Knowledge in Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests
- Good problem solver
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across multiple industries
- Solve Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise
- Actively participate in internal training updates and share skills with others
- Assist with internal initiatives to improve the team, department or company
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through professional development and handling escalations
- Develop sales material and scope projects for the sales team
