Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP MDG and S/4HANA solution design, configuration, and development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP, SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, ALE, IDoc processing, and SQL.
- Experience working with SAP master data domains such as Material, BOM, Routing, Work Center, and Production Versions.
- Proven experience in at least one large-scale SAP MDM or S/4HANA migration or transformation program.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, integration patterns, and system interoperability.
- Experience with data governance, data cleansing, data mapping, and master data standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP MDG and S/4HANA-based Master Data Management solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define scalable, secure, and resilient architecture decisions covering performance, usability, availability, and system integrity.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation.
- Configure system settings and support unit, integration, and acceptance testing across MDM solutions.
- Lead technical analysis and development of SAP master data objects including Material, BOM, Routing, Work Center, and Production Versions.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to prioritize and deliver solution enhancements.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support system integrations across SAP and non-SAP environments using IDoc, ALE, and related frameworks.
- Participate in SAP transformation initiatives, including large-scale data migration, cleansing, and harmonization programs.
