Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar
- Background in API development, integration architecture, or iPaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience delivering complex integrations
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Experience with ERP and ecommerce platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, BigCommerce)
- Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, logistics, or enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
- Proven ability to mentor or guide other engineers or architects
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or similar
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex integration solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers
- Act as a senior technical advisor during pre-sales, solution design, and implementation phases
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex or at-risk integration projects
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Define and improve internal best practices, reusable integration patterns, and documentation standards
- Mentor and support junior Solutions Architects
- Engage with executive stakeholders to align on technical strategy and outcomes
