Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in networking, systems engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies including routing, switching, and security (e.g., SRX, MX, PTX, QFX, EX platforms).
- Solid understanding of SDN, NFV, and enterprise network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Exposure to at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud).
- Proven experience building demos, proof-of-concepts, or technical lab environments.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging solution narratives.
- Familiarity with scripting or development tools (Python, Linux, web technologies, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, labs, and proof-of-concepts aligned with real-world enterprise use cases.
- Develop scalable and reusable content for cloud lab environments showcasing networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into structured lab experiences in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Manage content development projects using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements gathering, scope alignment, and stakeholder communication.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and “train-the-trainer” programs for field and sales engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement of lab environments by incorporating customer feedback and optimizing content quality.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of lab deployments and demonstrations.
