Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, automation, or integration development
- At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato or similar platforms)
- Strong proficiency in APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation design
- Experience with data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and SQL/T-SQL
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM-based systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud
- Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation workflows using enterprise iPaaS tools such as Workato or equivalent platforms
- Build integrations across core systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, and Slack
- Develop ELT/ETL and reverse ETL pipelines supporting analytics and AI use cases
- Architect agentic systems, including tool use, memory/state handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and evaluation frameworks
- Build production-ready automation scripts using Python, SQL, and JavaScript (or similar languages)
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and governance for AI and automation systems
- Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and version control in tools like Git-based workflows and documentation platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
