Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution sales, or business development within technology or data center services
- Proven success managing and growing relationships with large enterprise or hyperscaler clients
- Experience selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions within data center, ITAD, OEM, or VAR environments
- Strong understanding of data center operations, IT hardware lifecycle, or related infrastructure services
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders in complex organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, consultative mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of existing enterprise accounts by identifying new business opportunities within large-scale data center environments
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at increasing revenue and long-term client value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across major global clients
- Assess client needs, business structures, and strategic priorities to position tailored IT asset disposition and data center solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers across complex organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and operational capabilities
- Continuously monitor account performance and identify additional growth opportunities within assigned portfolios
