Requirements
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or related field sales

- Understanding of the insurance sales process and advisor distribution channels
- Organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- University degree or equivalent industry education
- Completion of Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of advisor relationships across British Columbia and Alberta
- Promote health, dental, travel, critical illness, and disability insurance
- Identify business development opportunities and create customized growth plans
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Deliver training sessions, sales presentations, and seminars
- Build relationships with advisors and internal partners
- Track sales activities and advisor interactions using CRM
- Support advisors with service-related concerns
- Share best practices and market insights
- Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical standards
