Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • University degree or equivalent industry education
  • Completion of Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advisor relationships across British Columbia and Alberta
  • Promote health, dental, travel, critical illness, and disability insurance
  • Identify business development opportunities and create customized growth plans
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Deliver training sessions, sales presentations, and seminars
  • Build relationships with advisors and internal partners
  • Track sales activities and advisor interactions using CRM
  • Support advisors with service-related concerns
  • Share best practices and market insights
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical standards
