Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex digital products with high scale and multiple integrations.
  • Strong background in regulated environments, ideally including financial-like products or capitalisation models.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is required.
  • Solid expertise in leading structured discovery processes and translating insights into product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and product strategy definition.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
  • Ability to manage dependencies, negotiate priorities, and align stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end product journeys, including discovery, acquisition, gamification, and post-sale experiences.
  • Lead continuous product discovery processes, translating user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Manage the full product delivery lifecycle, ensuring predictability, quality, and measurable business impact.
  • Coordinate with internal squads and external partners, managing dependencies, timelines, scope, and priorities.
  • Define and negotiate product priorities and trade-offs with stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics such as funnel conversion, retention, and engagement to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to design system guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across user experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned product journeys, ensuring clear and structured communication across teams.
  • Continuously evolve the product based on data insights, user feedback, and regulatory or market changes.
