Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working across security, compliance, engineering, or go-to-market functions
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
- Experience engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders during sales or trust assurance processes
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking with experience assessing risks, controls, and operational gaps
- Familiarity with dashboards, OKRs, and data-driven reporting
- Experience working with engineering teams on security automation or evidence generation
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary security point of contact for go-to-market, sales, and partner-facing engagements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Translate complex security frameworks and controls into clear, actionable messaging for external stakeholders
- Identify security control gaps and coordinate remediation efforts with control owners
- Drive development and refinement of security policies, standards, and operational procedures
- Define, track, and report program performance metrics and OKRs
- Improve scalability through automation, tooling, and streamlined workflows
