Responsibilities

- Track content performance metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Support account setup, maintenance, security procedures, and workflow organization across multiple brands and channels.
- Improve content retention, engagement, and overall audience growth through data-driven adjustments and creative experimentation.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to support content localization, translation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to social media management.
