Requirements

- Proven ability to generate inbound leads or pipeline through LinkedIn or content platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with experience creating high-converting B2B content
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship-based selling
- Experience building audience engagement strategies and conversational funnels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance and optimize accordingly
- Ability to work independently in a remote, execution-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-performing LinkedIn content strategies including posts, thought leadership, and conversion-focused messaging
- Translate content engagement into meaningful conversations and qualified inbound pipeline opportunities
- Initiate and manage DM-based outreach driven by audience intent and engagement signals
- Nurture prospects through structured follow-ups, relationship-building, and value-driven communication
- Develop and optimize inbound funnels spanning content, engagement, conversations, and booked calls
- Identify high-intent audiences and refine messaging to improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Collaborate with leadership to improve positioning, offer clarity, and pipeline quality
- Continuously analyze content performance and optimize for lead generation outcomes
