Responsibilities

  • Define and translate company strategy into clear team objectives, ownership, and execution plans
  • Set KPIs, performance standards, and accountability frameworks for individuals and the wider team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across content, social, design, and CMS workflows
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on business needs and team capacity
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to ensure smooth delivery
  • Lead performance management processes, including feedback, evaluations, and development plans
  • Support hiring, onboarding, restructuring, and offboarding activities as needed
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with other departments on priorities and workflows
  • Use data, insights, and feedback to continuously improve team performance and structure
