  • Deep experience with audio content management systems and digital media workflows.
  • Solid understanding of audio codecs, compression standards, and streaming protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with audio editing, mixing, mastering, and broadcast systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based media platforms and large-scale content distribution systems.
  • Strong knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and metadata frameworks.
  • Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and platform integration via APIs.
  • Familiarity with podcasting, OTT audio, internet radio, and modern streaming ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable digital audio platforms, ensuring reliable content delivery across multiple channels and devices.
  • Manage end-to-end audio workflows including ingestion, processing, encoding, metadata management, storage, and publishing.
  • Support and optimize audio streaming, broadcasting, and distribution systems with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline media workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio quality, streaming failures, and platform performance.
  • Integrate audio systems with third-party services, APIs, and content management platforms.
  • Monitor system health, analytics, and performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and content rights management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on audio initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analysis and incident resolution in production environments.
