Requirements
- Recognized Salesforce MVP, frequent community-conference speaker, or DevOps/architecture voice.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including release management, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Data/Security practices including backup, governance, compliance, and resilience.
- Experience creating LinkedIn-native content.
- Understanding of Salesforce community norms such as authenticity and inclusion.
- Comfort with metrics centered on share of voice and community-influenced pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Create 2-3 LinkedIn posts per week and opportunistic content on industry news.
- Represent Flosum as a speaker at events like Dreamforce and regional 'Dreamin' conferences.
- Cultivate and mentor the named advocate tier.
- Develop multi-format content including podcasts and videos.
- Leverage existing personal brand to accelerate credibility and advocacy.
