Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management.
  • 2+ years in a team lead or head-of role managing people and performance.
  • Experience with iGaming (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets and scaling logic.
  • Strong negotiation skills for payouts, price adjustments, and deal terms.
  • Ability to detect fraud and manage traffic quality.
  • Expertise in deal-making and full funnel ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of affiliate managers by setting KPIs and reviewing performance pipelines.
  • Own the full deal funnel including lead generation, negotiation, approval, testing, and scaling.
  • Find and onboard new affiliates through networks, events, forums, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals including payouts, caps, and terms.
  • Analyze performance metrics including FTD, profit, conversion, retention quality, ROI, and reconciliations.
  • Detect fraud signals, suspicious traffic patterns, and compliance risks.
  • Deliver structured reporting on partner pipelines, traffic quality, and risks.
