Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, or AI-powered wealth tech
- Experience in strategic account management, business strategy, and program or product leadership
- Direct experience working with or within a multi-entity financial institution
- Strong understanding of complex operating models, decision-making structures, and financial planning delivery channels
- Understanding of constraints such as risk, compliance, data governance, and legacy systems
- Proven ability to navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading complex, ambiguous initiatives
- Strong project and program management skills
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive under ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Own and deepen relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels across Charles Schwab’s multi-entity, multi-vertical organizations
- Develop a deep understanding of each of Charles Schwab’s business vertical’s operating model, decision frameworks, and value drivers
- Act as a strategic thought partner, advising on how to best leverage our platform within their broader ecosystems
- Own post-implementation adoption and value realization, co-defining and tracking success metrics
- Lead zero-to-one initiatives, including new product implementations, workflows, and experiences
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions
- Navigate customer data sharing, privacy, and legacy system constraints
- Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology) to unblock progress
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, and accountability structures for multi-threaded initiatives
- Create and deliver compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences
