Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active PT license in at least one U.S. state
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical background
- Comfortable working in a fully virtual, technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage an independent caseload
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and MSK conditions
- Deliver high-quality telehealth PT sessions, including therapeutic exercise, patient education, and functional movement coaching
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care accordingly
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Collaborate with the broader care team (physicians, care coordinators, coaches) to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and long-term wellness strategies
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while delivering an exceptional patient experience
