Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Designer or related role.
- Hands-on experience with Pylon and ServiceM8.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.
- Solid understanding of solar standards and regulations.
- A self-starter mindset.
- Exceptional written English skills.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Generate professional solar layouts and designs using Pylon.
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive quotes for the sales team, ensuring all components and labor costs are correctly accounted for.
- Follow up on pending approvals to ensure project timelines remain on track.
- Act as the primary administrative bridge between the office and the install teams.
- Draft and send installation briefing emails, ensuring installers have all necessary site maps, equipment lists, and safety notes.
- Coordinate schedule confirmations with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and project statuses.
- Manage routine email correspondence with transparency and professionalism.
- Work independently to solve routine bottlenecks in the pre-installation phase.
