Requirements
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking, network security, and infrastructure modernization.
- Experience supporting complex environments including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid/multi-cloud.
- Knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
- Proficiency in telemetry technologies (NetFlow, Flexible NetFlow, IPFIX, streaming telemetry).
- Experience with PCAP and deep traffic analysis.
- Understanding of DHCP/DNS infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with API-driven infrastructure, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Exceptional consultative selling and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a remote-first engagement model.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery engagements to uncover customer operational challenges and business objectives.
- Advise customers on network observability, telemetry strategy, and infrastructure intelligence best practices.
- Conduct executive and technical workshops aligning capabilities to business outcomes and ROI.
- Lead proof-of-value engagements demonstrating operational improvements and automation outcomes.
- Architect observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions aligned to customer priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, CS) to drive customer value and influence product direction.
- Support channel partners in strengthening their technical positioning.
