- Experience managing C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data and outcome-oriented mindset
- Demonstrable interest in AI technologies and their business applications
Responsibilities
- Partner with account leadership to build strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Act as senior client contact and trusted advisor at executive level.
- Lead governance, stakeholder mapping, and steering committees.
- Set commercial targets, pricing strategy, and negotiate high-value agreements.
- Drive pipeline development and prioritization to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Design strategic transformation roadmaps to accelerate AI adoption and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional leadership (creative, product, data/AI) to deliver business outcomes.
- Convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop internal talent in account management and AI adoption.
