Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
- Fluency in Python and the data science stack (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Familiarity with standard dev tools including GitHub and VS Code.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Applied/Financial Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior scientists to forecast cash flows and business health drivers.
- Design and build models for capital products to improve pricing and reduce losses.
- Proactively mine datasets for insights and prototype new models.
- Own model outcomes end-to-end including deployment and performance monitoring.
- Conduct residual analysis and drift detection for production models.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and engineering to integrate models into production.
