Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or operations (or commensurate work experience)
- 2-5 years of work experience in finance, law, or bank operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgement, and intuition
- Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve complex problems
- Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate with management and team members
Responsibilities
- Convey complex M&A deal information in quick and concise manner
- Keep clients apprised of post-closing events and milestones
- Investigate and respond to client requests by researching internal NetSuite database and deal documents
- Arrange payment of invoices and disseminate reports and documentation
- Liaise with other deal parties, legal counsel, and third-party advisors
- Track status of over 250 M&A transactions during post-closing period
- Provide timely customer service to ensure exceptional client experience
- Collaborate with internal groups
