Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
- At least 2 years of experience in data services / data engineering
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data processing, and streaming solutions
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (including Kubernetes Operators)
- Proven experience in designing scalable data architectures
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Very good command of English (minimum C1)
Responsibilities
- Development and testing of containerized data services (e.g. MongoDB, Kafka, Spark) on Kubernetes using Helm and GitOps
- Building Kubernetes Operators and/or custom controllers to automate the full lifecycle of stateful workloads
- Designing and maintaining observability for data workloads (logging, metrics, alerting)
- Implementing an observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd)
- Automating deployment and operational processes using CI/CD pipelines
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the platform
- Configuring RBAC, security policies, secrets management, and network policies
- Deploying and maintaining a Service Mesh
