Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Privacy, GRC, Cybersecurity, or related consulting.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing consulting teams and professional services delivery.
- Strong understanding of Privacy, GRC, Data Protection, and Security Governance.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
- Experience with GRC and Privacy platforms: OneTrust, ServiceNow, ZenGRC, etc.
- Experience leading distributed and remote consulting teams.
- Demonstrated ability to scale delivery operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, CS, Business, or Legal studies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight across all consulting engagements to ensure successful delivery and commercial performance.
- Own delivery governance, ensuring consistency in methodology, quality standards, and execution.
- Monitor engagement health, resource allocation, utilization, and budgets.
- Act as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and client concerns.
- Oversee capacity planning and resource forecasting.
- Establish quality assurance standards across all deliverables.
- Drive utilization, forecasting, and margin management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, engagement leaders, and consultants.
- Support proposal development and solution design for strategic opportunities.
