Requirements

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and resolve complex challenges.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for deliverables and client outcomes.
- Experience with syndicated data, retail analytics, consumer insights, or related analytical platforms is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours when required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing service requests, inquiries, and issue resolution while ensuring a positive and responsive client experience.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery activities, ensuring projects, reports, tools, and deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations.
- Build strong consultative relationships by understanding client goals, business priorities, and success metrics, translating needs into actionable solutions and recommendations.
- Perform regular quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across syndicated and customized deliverables.
- Coordinate with analytics, technology, delivery, and support teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver effective solutions to client challenges.
- Provide subject matter expertise on tools, reporting platforms, and operational processes, supporting client enablement and ongoing engagement.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures to improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
- Monitor and communicate service performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced client outcomes.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives by recommending enhancements to workflows, training programs, and client service practices.
