Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP) module.
- Deep understanding of project-centric accounting (WBS, fixed fee & T&M billing, revenue recognition, project profitability).
- Working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC 606.
- Extensive knowledge with Milestone Billing and Charge Based Billing.
- Knowledge of time entry linked to project records.
- Experience with job costing, project budgeting, and P&L reporting.
- Experience with Project Progress based Revenue Recognition.
- Familiarity with SuiteProjects integrations (Time & Expense, Resource Planning, Reporting).
- Ability to customize project templates, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Functional knowledge of modules like ARM, OpenAir, or Time & Expense.
- Experience working with PSA tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from technical, functional, and organizational perspectives.
- Participate in business process mapping, including analysis, design, and gap analysis.
- Document engagements, including design docs, technical specs, and interface requirements.
- Provide decision support, monitor issues and risks, and create mitigation plans.
- Configure NetSuite, develop system tests, and manage deployment procedures.
- Lead organizational changes and business process improvements for clients.
- Drive quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes.
- Serve as a leader to junior consultants.
