Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of progressive project management experience in supply chain or operational environments.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred.
- Understanding of demand fulfillment and last-mile operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional, customer-facing projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with executive-level engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation through completion.
- Oversee full project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for stakeholder reporting.
- Manage project budgets and financial reconciliation.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
