- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs and 5 years of experience in field medical affairs
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, PA, NP); Doctorate strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field medical affairs
- Prior MSL leadership experience required
- 2+ years of experience in the dermatology therapeutic area strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven history of establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic biotech environment
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and manage a team of MSLs
- Provide strategic direction, professional development, and performance management
- Perform consistent field observations for coaching and development
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and investigators
- Execute Medical Affairs strategy and objectives regionally
- Oversee MSL territory planning and ensure alignment with goals
- Ensure team compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide scientific expertise
