- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Competitive, highly self-motivated and accountable.
- Receptive to feedback and performance coaching.
Responsibilities
- Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more.
- Uncover customer needs and identify coverage gaps.
- Recommend tailored solutions from Allstate products.
- Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Deliver a customer-first experience in a work-from-home environment.
