Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred, or willingness to obtain).

  • Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet).
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Competitive, highly self-motivated and accountable.
  • Receptive to feedback and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more.
  • Uncover customer needs and identify coverage gaps.
  • Recommend tailored solutions from Allstate products.
  • Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Deliver a customer-first experience in a work-from-home environment.
