Requirements

- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred).
- Willingness to obtain P&C or Personal Lines license if unlicensed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable high-speed internet with wired Ethernet connection.
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and hold self-accountable.
- Receptive to feedback and performance coaching.
Responsibilities
- Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS.
- Uncover customer needs and identify coverage gaps.
- Recommend tailored solutions from Allstate product suite.
- Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies.
- Work from home in a call center environment.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
