Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred).
  • Willingness to obtain P&C or Personal Lines license if unlicensed.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with wired Ethernet connection.
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and hold self-accountable.
  • Receptive to feedback and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS.
  • Uncover customer needs and identify coverage gaps.
  • Recommend tailored solutions from Allstate product suite.
  • Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies.
  • Work from home in a call center environment.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
