- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-property financial management.
- Strong organizational and self-direction skills.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office infrastructure.
- Formal accounting degree or professional registration preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate or self-storage sector preferred.
- Experience working with US-based corporate entities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial books across multiple commercial corporate structures and property entities.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Compile financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for CPA review.
- Administer portfolio debt schedules, loan trackers, and amortization tables.
- Monitor lender compliance requirements and maintain digital asset files.
- Track property-level performance indicators such as occupancy and NOI.
- Assist in building annual operating budgets and executing variance analyses.
