Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Assist in pre-visit organization and paperwork
  • Verify patient insurance coverage
  • Obtain pre-authorizations for procedures
  • Liaise with insurance providers to clarify coverage
  • Track and follow up on pending claims and denials
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure scheduling and billing accuracy
