Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer experience
- 5+ years Target experience preferred
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge
- Proficiency in syndicated databases (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- Experience in customer-specific portals for Target (Vendor IQ, TCN, Helix, etc.)
- Proven ability to build customer relationships
- Aptitude to drive eCommerce sales and a digital customer experience
- Strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Target Sales team across all sales efforts at Target
- Play a leadership role within annual JBP collaboration
- Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business at Target
- Build and enhance process, customer insights, and data utilization
- Drive collaboration with brand, marketing and supply chain to deliver Annual Operating Plan
- Develop a Target strategy that supports growth and corporate goals
- Recruit, develop and inspire the team
