Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics engineering, or data warehousing
- Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, schema development, and performance optimization
- Experience with RBAC, views, SQL, and stored procedures
- Strong experience building and scaling modern data warehouse and ETL/ELT environments
- Proven ability to establish data governance, access control, and data quality frameworks
- Experience with consumer, Ecommerce, retail, or omnichannel data environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and evolution of MANSCAPED’s Snowflake environment
- Establish and enforce data modeling standards across core business domains
- Design schemas, datasets, and views, that support BI, analytics, reporting, and future AI-enabled use cases
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures and performance-optimized data structures
- Optimize Snowflake performance, warehouse utilization and cost management
- Define and implement the enterprise RBAC model within Snowflake
- Partner with Technology, Infrastructure, Security teams and Analytics stakeholders on identity management and data governance
- Serve as the Analytics-side technical lead for ETL/ELT requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure downstream data is reliable and reporting-ready
