Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Develop and maintain consistent posting schedules for both client and company accounts
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and content copy tailored to each platform and audience
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Produce or coordinate high-quality visual and written content
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and improve output quality
- Support the promotion of social media management services and assist in client onboarding
