Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building operational or internal tooling for fintech or regulated domains
- AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude
- Familiarity with Django or comparable Python frameworks
- Familiarity with React
- Hands-on experience with cloud/serverless infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across the loan origination platform
- Build and maintain internal operational tooling for the lending team
- Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques to scale impact
- Collaborate with compliance and legal on regulatory requirements
- Develop and instrument data pipelines for credit modeling and reporting
- Engage with school and university technical stakeholders
