Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend system design and development.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience with distributed systems at scale.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Kubernetes resource management, Helm, and operator patterns.
- Experience designing extensible and simple technical architectures.
- Ability to work effectively in large, complex codebases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly team goals.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity and support delivery.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics.
- Identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
- Support operations, availability, and on-call efforts for team artifacts.
- Set and improve code review and design standards.
- Mentor and develop team talent.
