Responsibilities
- Lead collection and interpretation of operational/product data
- Partner with Product Managers on ISO operations, Merchant Central, ScanX, and Business Capital
- Build analytical frameworks for data-driven decisions
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Create executive-ready visualizations and narratives
- Develop self-service reporting capabilities
- Monitor data quality and investigate operational anomalies
- Define event tracking and instrumentation standards
- Support experimentation and A/B testing analysis
- Identify and implement process automation improvements
