Requirements
- 10+ years in QA/Validation roles
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position (Director or Head of QA)
- Proven track record testing physical products
- Familiarity with streaming media and A/V systems
- Deep understanding of modern automation frameworks (Playwright, PyTest, Selenium, Appium)
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, or Java)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA vision that encompasses hardware reliability, embedded systems, and cloud applications
- Set the standard for high quality across the integrated product suite
- Drive a Shift Left philosophy integrating quality into development stages
- Transition manual processes into a scalable automation framework
- Own the selection and evolution of automation tooling
- Integrate automated hardware and software tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with Hardware Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management
- Establish KPIs across bug leakage, MTBF, and test coverage
