Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based systems into production.
- Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 clients.
- Strong proficiency in Python plus at least one additional language (Java, TypeScript, Go, C#, or Scala).
- Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of system integration patterns (REST, event-driven) and identity protocols (OIDC, SAML).
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with agent platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define agentic AI use cases.
- Design end-to-end architectures for agentic systems.
- Develop production-grade code and deploy within client environments using CI/CD.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, prompt frameworks, and agent orchestration.
- Implement secure agent execution mechanisms, including permission controls and audit trails.
- Design and maintain evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor system performance.
- Lead system cutover, production stabilization, and structured handover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create reusable frameworks and reference architectures.
