Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and transferred calls from customers interested in vacation packages and travel membership products.
- Promote and sell vacation offers across multiple destinations, including Hawaii, Florida, California, and more.
- Clearly explain pricing, terms, eligibility criteria, and package details to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and determine qualification for timeshare or vacation ownership offerings.
- Manage objections effectively while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented sales approach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and strengthen brand trust.
- Achieve or exceed performance targets in a commission-driven, goal-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in required systems.
