Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media management roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in platform analytics, GA4, and attribution tools.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns while optimizing for CPA and overall efficiency.
- Strong performance creative mindset with the ability to translate data into effective messaging and ad concepts.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
- Familiarity with additional channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar attribution platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on CPA efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data across campaigns, audiences, funnels, and creative to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Build structured testing roadmaps covering bidding strategies, targeting, creative variations, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Develop performance-driven creative hypotheses, including messaging angles, hooks, and concepts for execution by creative teams.
- Collaborate closely with creative stakeholders to brief, iterate, and optimize ad creatives based on performance insights.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time, data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting.
- Identify and experiment with new channels, platform features, and growth tactics to unlock incremental performance gains.
- Report on key performance trends and provide actionable insights tied to revenue and acquisition efficiency.
