Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in customer service, operations support, or a related business environment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of business processes, tools, systems, and operational frameworks.
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory considerations relevant to business operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken) to support diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within cross-functional teams.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support, providing guidance, advice, and solutions to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Analyze business data, processes, and information to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across processes, policies, and operational standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on structured analysis of business needs and operational challenges.
- Support incident management processes and ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively.
- Assist in the development, review, and dissemination of internal communications and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by proposing creative solutions and enhancements to existing processes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data and information across systems.
- Offer coaching and guidance to less experienced team members when required.
