Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding
- Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs
- Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements
