- Already have a local network and know how to activate it
- Comfortable initiating outreach at volume, in person, digitally, or through communities
- Operate with high agency and independent work style
- Move fast and iterate based on results
- Experience organizing people, field sales, running community groups, or coordinating gig workers
- Available to start immediately
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
Responsibilities
- Recruit individuals in your territory to join Hub as video contributors through HubApp
- Onboard contributors: set them up on the app, support their first recording sessions, and help them reach production targets
- Build your portfolio toward 50+ active contributors as an initial milestone
- Track contributor output and territory performance through Hub's real time dashboard
- Iterate your outreach strategy based on what drives results in your specific territory
- Report territory progress to your Hub point of contact
