Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
- Proficiency with no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Claude.ai).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM capabilities.
- Knowledge of change management principles and technology adoption frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible AI use.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify AI adoption opportunities.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and evaluate their relevance.
- Design and deliver structured training programs for diverse teams.
- Develop plain-language reference materials, guides, and job aids.
- Build proof-of-concept AI solutions using no-code/low-code platforms.
- Establish success metrics for AI adoption and business impact.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations connecting AI to workflows.
