Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience.
- (Honours) Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering training for diverse adult learners.
- Knowledge of change management and technology adoption frameworks.
- Proficiency with no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Claude.ai).
- Ability to develop functional proof-of-concept solutions.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM capabilities.
- Familiarity with data privacy and responsible AI in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify operational efficiency opportunities.
- Develop roadmaps aligning AI initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Design and deliver structured training programs and reference materials.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to connect AI to team workflows.
- Build proof-of-concept AI solutions using no-code/low-code platforms.
- Translate departmental requirements into plain language for technical teams.
- Establish success metrics for adoption and business impact.
- Analyze usage data to identify improvements for future rollouts.
