Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proven experience deploying scalable ML models in production.
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., Claude).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Strong familiarity with AWS services for ML.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable ML infrastructure on AWS using Sagemaker.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop MVPs for AI-driven features.
- Create and enhance monitoring and alerting systems for ML models.
- Enable departments to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations.
- Scale machine learning architecture to support growth.
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
